Two local people who help keep Eastbourne safe were invited to Downing Street by the town’s MP Caroline Ansell for the Local Community Safety Champions’ reception.

Small Business Saturday Eastbourne

Eastbourne and Willingdon MP Caroline Ansell was out and about across the town supporting independent traders on Small Business Saturday.

Eastbourne's Bathing Water Rated 'Good'

Caroline Ansell has welcomed the upgrading of the town’s bathing water to good by the Environment Agency.

The agency routinely tests samples during the bathing season and last year the water was given a ‘sufficient’ rating.

A busy week in Parliament started on Monday with a coach tour party from Eastbourne.  I love to welcome Eastbournians here.  I also got to welcome students from Cavendish School to The Commons and speak virtually to East Sussex College student, Jude, in between votes.
