Earlier today Caroline opened Meads Magic on Meads Street following its hiatus last year.
As a Councillor Caroline helped to bring Meads Magic back in 2012. The event draws hundreds to the street and is a huge boost to local traders.
The street will also host dozens of local stalls and will include a visit by Father Christmas!
