Yesterday I also raised a constituent case regarding London Capital Finance. You may recall the collapse of the LCF has caused severe hardship in some cases. I asked the Solicitor General what update I could give my constituents who are similarly affected.
It is good that the Serious Fraud Office continues its investigations and I hope this will bring redress to my constituents.
