I was pleased to visit Eastbourne's Job Centre Plus and wonderful to to see how people are being supported into work. Whilst there I met the lovely Karen who was overjoyed at getting a new job with the help of work coaches.
However, whilst the work of the JCP in helping prospective employees find work, they also offer support for employers when looking to recruit. I asked the Minister this week during question time about what more can be done to match employers with job seekers.
